Rules

Communication:

-  It is my responsibility to communicate to Mistress at all times what I am thinking or feeling.  I may have no privacy even in this.

-  I will be sure to communicate properly to Mistress when she allows me to do something for her so I make sure it is fun and rewarding for her.

-  It is my duty to notify her of anything that could be affecting my mental, emotional or physical well being.

-  I will be expected to keep my fingernails trimmed and smoothly rounded.  

Eating/Drinking:

-  Mistress may at any time enforce what I eat but on a daily basis I am to make sure that I drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water through the day, preferably half while at work and half while at home.  This will ensure I stay hydrated and ask Mistress often enough to pee.

-  While at work I must eat a snack that has some protein and a carb at least twice a day.

Free Time:

Rituals

Rituals to make Mistress’ Life Nicer:
